the staff was cute. the location was perfect for exploring.
the bar was fully equipped, but no one was there to serve drinks in the evening. i asked at the front desk, and they said someone would be right down. i waited for about ten minutes, but no one ever came. no apology was given.

i enjoyed the hotel's location a block from the louvre (it made sightseeing very easy). the room had a good size. the staff was helpful and nice. i found the style of the hotel and the room to be fantastic and classic.

I appreciated the location close to many attractions. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with taxis. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the umbrellas were very helpful, as it was raining.
My room was quite small, so it was difficult to fit in my suitcases. The housekeeping did not renew the milk and tea. I found there was no pillow menu and only half of the heated towel rail worked.

The room included a king size bed and a sofa seating area, providing ample space. The bathroom contained a soaking tub and double sinks, great features for a comfortable stay. City view rooms on the top floor offer a lovely view from the balcony.

The staff was attentive and polite, they provided immediate assistance. One staff member walked us to the area where Ubers pick up, a kind gesture. The manager ensured we enjoyed my husband's special birthday with complimentary bubbles.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, even with the extra bed for my child. i particularly enjoyed the view of the eiffel tower from our junior suite, a sight i will cherish (it really added to the ambiance). the daily maid service kept everything tidy and comfortable.
the elevator was quite small. i occasionally had to wait a little longer than expected to use it. it might be difficult if you have mobility issues or are carrying a lot of luggage.

the location is great I think. Staff were very helpful I must admit. Breakfast had everything I needed, . The room had been redone and the decor was really good.
the room was hot and the air conditioner did not work. There was only one lift I saw. The lift was small and often crowded. The bar was very ordinary, definitely.
